Client Review for Family History Book Printing Project:
Why did you choose Dazzle Printing?
Your on-line questionnaire about my project was clear and easy to follow for a first-time “printer” like myself. Also, the focus of your company seemed to be the best fit for what I was attempting to do.
How was your experience with Dazzle Printing?
I was happy with the communication link with Renee that was set up at the on-set of my project. She answered all my questions promptly with specific responses. After I began my dialog with Renee, I made some changes to the text of my project and also added some pictures that they accepted without any problem for me.
How do you feel about the quality and timeliness of your project?
I was curious about how the quality of the pictures would turn out in the final publication. I asked for a sample brochure and was satisfied that they would be good. I was in no hurry so the timeliness issue was of minor concern to me.
Would you use Dazzle Printing again? Why?
Yes. Not having gone through this process before, I was rather apprehensive about what to expect. I was not disappointed, in fact, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The final booklet that Dazzle Printing did for me turned out looking better and more professional than I had anticipated. They sent me an advance copy of my booklet which I had a chance to review before publication. That was a big factor in eliminating my concerns that I would be facing an “unpleasant” surprise as to what I would be receiving. After reviewing my advance copy, I found several things that I wanted changed (my changes, not theirs) and these were made without any fuss. I sent them a revised set of PDF files and all the updates I requested were included in the final publication.
Is there anything you wish had been different?
Not really. WhenI first responded to the Dazzle on-line inquiry with my basic requirements I found the price was lower that other publishers that I looked into. Once I finalized everything, with the paper I wanted to use, etc., the price I was quoted was about double from what I originally was looking at. That surprised me, but I still felt okay with it.
