Client Review for Memoir Printing Project

Why did you choose Dazzle Printing?

During the early weeks of the COVID-19 crisis, I decided to take advantage of the lockdown and complete a project I’d put off far too long—documenting my life and some of my more interesting experiences as a child to present to my four grown children and eight grandchildren. In the end, I actually covered my working years and retirement up to the present time. As I neared completion of the sixty-four-page booklet, I began to search for a place to get it printed at a reasonable cost. My search led me to Dazzle Printing.

One of the most helpful, and ultimately the most influential, marketing aids Dazzle Printing provided was the online printing guide and an offer to mail me free samples of the various types of bindings and paper choices. These were deal-makers as far as I was concerned.

How was your experience with Dazzle Printing?

The “project manager” (Renee) that Dazzle Printing assigned periodically reminded me that she was available to help with my project, and she pointed out that my first print project would receive a 10% discount. As I reached the final decision point, my booklet had grown to over 76 pages in length, and the cost was a budget breaker.

Renee informed me that a special discount of 15% was available until the end of July, so I re-edited my document and changed the layout, reducing the page count to 64 pages. I was back to an acceptable cost.

Renee was quick to answer several last-minute questions that sealed the deal, and I submitted my 650-mb document online using Dazzle Printing’s procedures for large print files. Everything worked like clockwork. Their process was straightforward, well documented, and complete.

How do you feel about the quality and timeliness of your project?

Once I submitted my project, the process proceeded quickly. Dazzle Printing had the booklet completed and mailed well within the posted turn-around, and I received my completed package only seven days after I submitted it online. The print quality, the paper, and the binding were superior. I have only compliments and no complaints.

Would you use Dazzle Printing again? Why?

In a heartbeat! Although this was a one-time project for me, I would put Dazzle Printing at the top of my list if I need to print something again.

Is there anything you wish had been different?

Dazzle Printing’s costs were lower than any other printer I contacted, primarily because the minimum print quantity was lower. I wasn’t able to compare print and binding quality because no other company offered to send samples.

Bottom line, I have no complaints, although it would have been nice to have the project done at a lower cost. Isn’t that always the case? But the timeliness, quality, and ease of the process leave me with no real wishes.
