Snowhill.life is a self-described “tiny” publisher that took its name from a combination of a former 1800s town called Snowhill and the life mentioned in the Bible verse John 11:25. It is the brainchild of Cynthia Einselen, a former home school teacher of five who uses the platform to share lessons from her experiences. The “Three Amazing Words” activity book printing project came about as a result of meeting with a student named Lucas and the need for some handwriting practice!
Activity Book Printing for Snowhill.life
This activity book quickly catches your attention with a bright red cover, then keeps it by inviting students to get to know different kinds of fonts and practice writing with them. The book points out that each person has their own unique “font,” or handwriting, and then provides opportunities to both learn about handwriting and become more consistent in your own “font” style with this activity book printing project.
In Cynthia’s words:
Three Amazing Words was done as a co-authored project with my Kids Hope mentee. Excitement ruled as we brainstormed, laid out a time schedule for the semester, talked budget, and pitched the idea to teachers. Lucas had lots of great ideas and persevered even when the writing was hard work. The local library has even arranged book signings which are great ways to learn more social skills — for both of us!
