OMG! Where do I start? After looking all over for a printer that could give me a decent price on a Tribute Booklet and Obituary for my late grandmother, I stumbled across Dazzle in an online search. The online portal for starting a project is a breeze! Not only that, the prices are PHENOMENAL!!!! I can't tell you the astronomical fees I was quoted before finding Dazzle. The customer service is top notch and my two projects came out beautiful! Despite being an online printer I was able to reach Renee or Jackie throughout the duration of my project, which wasn't an easy one, and they delivered it BEFORE my due date...a couple of states away! Do not hesitate to consider Dazzle for your printing needs! If I could rate them twice as high I would. They will get all my business from now on.

This was an excellent experience and I can thoroughly recommend Dazzle. The info package they send you to help you choose paper, finishes and bindings was exceedingly helpful and really informs you of the professionalism you can expect. They have lots of great advice on what to do. My project was a magazine sized, spiral bound rock climbing guidebook and the proof they sent me helped my kickstarter campaign succeed far beyond what I was expecting, and when it came to the full run, it was processed and speedily with me. Everyone who has received a copy has been blown away by the quality of the product.

Just wanted to put in a quick word about the online print service Dazzle Printing. I used them to do sheet music for a recent project ("Waterbury Escape"). They were able to handle the 9"x12" paper size, which is common for sheet music but seldom supported by online printers. I could do all the publishing/composition on my own and simply send them a PDF file. Turnaround time was quick and I didn't have to commit to a large print run. Excellent results, highly recommended!

BEST PRINTING COMPANY EVER!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! OMGDNESS!!! What can’t I say about Dazzle printing. I had a major project to complete for a special service. I called, searched, asked about a company who could print ad booklets for me. I needed 100 books full color, saddle stitched 28 pages within a week. I received quotes of $1600, $950, $675... I wasted so much gas googling places then driving to the location to only be disappointed because either the business was no longer there, they were unprofessional, communication was zero or just too expensive. I googled and saw the name Dazzle Printing. They had me at the name. I called at 4:55pm and they closed at 5:00pm. Renee was so professional, nice, pleasant and helpful. She knew exactly what I needed when I expressed my dilemma. She put the order in as were on the phone and hit me with a price of only $454 BUT that was before applying a 15% off coupon. The price went down to $407 THEN I was able to have the tax removed and the price was under $400. What was most impressive is when I uploaded my project they were helpful and told me some images were low resolution . They helped me make correct the resolution and were so patient as we went back and before I approved. I submitted my project or on a Friday and I was picking it up on Tuesday. DAZZLE PRINTING WILL GET MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!!

Where do I even begin? We used Dazzle to print a book that my children wrote to raise money for a new all-terrain wheelchair for my son....and it was perfect! I have nothing but the best things to say about them as a company. Every interaction from start to finish was prompt, polite, and professional. When I went on the Dazzle Printing website and saw their prices, I was hesitant. Their prices are so much lower than competitors, could their quality be the same? I was blown away by the quality of printing and customer service they provided, while being the most inexpensive printer I could find for the booklet my company was having printed. The ability to print a small quantity and increase the quantity by one piece (instead of only being able to order in quantities of 50, 100, 250, etc.) is so convenient. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone I know!

I had yearbooks printed for my 6th graders and the quality of the soft cover books was wonderful, on-line assistance was great and the turnover time was extraordinary. My daughter is the Editor-in-Chief for her high school literary magazine, and due to lack of budget, she had to fund the printing of the magazine herself. We worked with Renee Benson, Customer Service Manager directly, and she answered our questions and delivered the magazine in a timely manner.The Apex High faculty members and students who have purchased the magazine have been quite amazed, and one student submitted a print order for her own project to Dazzle Printing the day after she bought the literary magazine because she was so impressed.So, thank you Dazzle... you’ve made a lot of young, aspiring writers happy! Amazing first time experience. The customer service and entire production was so hands on, I was able to communicate directly with Renee AND Dennis (who takes care of tech I believe) they let us know what to fix in the future before we sent it to them and they were even able to speed up production so that it would arrive on time for our launch party event. Everything came on time and looked spectacular, the soft touch lamination over the cover was such a nice addition. Overall just a fantastic experience, and will absolutely be in business with again. Quick and smooth response and service. Thoroughly satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was that the company informed me when the job was done but not when it was shipped nor did I get a tracking number like most companies supplied. It would have been a nice to be able to track and know when my order would arrive. But that is about my only complaint.
